The questions most frequently posed by our patients concern what may be eaten without damaging the tooth enamel. The answer is that one can eat basically one can eat anything one fancies always with the awareness that many foodstuffs do induce caries. The food you eat should contain a minimum of refined sugars. Most importantly, the teeth must be brushed regularly; a clean mouth can prevent bacterial attack for quite some time.
