Our primary concern in tooth care is the prevention of caries and periodontosis. The magic word in this regard is ‘tooth-brushing’. Proper tooth-brushing technique prevents caries and reduces the risk of periodontosis.
Tooth-brushing - how often and when?
Ideally we should brush after every meal but it is important to brush at least twice a day and it is mandatory before going to bed.
Important! One should wait at least half an hour after eating before brushing, to allow the ‘Ph’ of the mouth to neutralize.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask us – we will be glad to offer advise as to proper dental care techniques.
